The Fall Festival is an artist and craft festival brought to you by the Randolph Arts Council for over 51 years. As an artist and craft festival, all vendors applying are “juried” to uphold the integrity of the Fall Festival, ensuring that products are handmade and of the artist’s own creation.
Vendor Booth Fees differ per category and are listed below. If you are unsure what your vendor category is please contact a representative with the Randolph Arts Council. Vendors are required to participate for the full time of the festival hours, due to the road closure and safety guidelines; vendors who do not comply will not be accepted for the next festival. ALL vendors applying will be asked to submit a complete list of products they will feature to ensure the correct category and booth placement. If a particular category is heavily saturated, placement becomes more competitive. New vendors will be asked to submit this, plus 3 product photos of their product or art.
The Fall Festival Committee and Randolph Arts Council Board of Directors has full discretion to deny entry to any applicant. Resellers, boutiques, thrifters and “direct sellers” such as Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Avon ect. will not be accepted as vendors for the festival.
Once your application has been received and approved, you will be notified via email to submit your booth payment by calling 336.629.0399 or following the payment options listed in your vendor acceptance email. Please double-check your contact information before submitting to ensure accuracy and prompt notification.
DO NOT SEND IN PAYMENT UNTIL YOUR ACCEPTANCE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY A MEMBER OF RANDOLPH ARTS COUNCIL. You will be notified via email and/or by phone after being accepted to be prompted to pay.
The Fall Festival is a rain or shine event, unless a “state of emergency” is declared by the State, the event will take place.

Food Vendors
Food vendors please fill out the appropriate new or returning vendor application based on your status and category. Returning food vendor applications to guarantee your past location are due by July 10. After this date, the Fall Festival Committee will begin filling vacant spots with new vendors. Food vendors must submit proper exemptions and paperwork to Randolph County Environmental Health. For this, please contact Jonathan Crews at Jonathan.Crews@randolphcountync.gov.
To avoid menu overlap, unlike past festivals, food vendors, dedicated beverage vendors, and dedicated sweet vendors may be asked to edit their menus to be part of the festival. “FRESH FOOD” Vendors may not offer the following: Lemonade, Dirty Sodas, Kettle Corn and Funnelcakes as these are typically provided by dedicated vendors. Plain soda, water, tea and coffee may be offered as part of “FRESH FOOD and other OTHER” vendors.
Craft Vendors
Craft vendor fees are a flat rate based on the category and size selected on your application. Craft Vendors will not be required to submit any percentage of profits made during the Festival. ALL CRAFTS MUST BE HAND-MADE. Please review the CRAFT CATEGORIES when applying and select all that will be represented in your booth.
Food Vendors
Food vendors will pay a booth fee based on their category and will be required to submit 10% of their daily sales to the Randolph Arts Council as part of their payment as a FOOD VENDOR.
We ask that you please conduct your business with honesty and integrity to help make this fundraising opportunity is fair and beneficial to everyone involved.
Please review the FOOD CATEGORIES applying and all that will be prepared in your booth.
Information Booths
Booths in this category are limited to distributing printed literature/materials describing their community services and/or organization in their designated booth location. We ask that, to better align with the “arts” and “community” aspects of the Fall Festival’s mission, you MUST make a public activity available or feature one at your booth, whether this be a game, activity, or service offered to festival goers. Suggested activities include chalk, coloring, yard or fair games like cornhole, dunking booth, ring toss etc. No handing out prizes or spin-the-wheel-style games may be offered without an actual activity present at the booth or in the surrounding area.
* The Randolph Arts Council Board of Directors has made the decision to restrict 501(c)(4) (non- profit political affiliated booths) from the Fall Festival. Religious organizations will also be restricted from the festival. If your church or organization wishes to participate, you may apply under one of the other categories and will not be allowed to distribute literature or information about your organization. Example: a church may apply to sell baked goods for their organization but can not hand out religious or organizational material.
Downtown Business Advertising
Businesses located in the Fall Festival “footprint” of downtown and surrounding areas may use this category to advertise their business as a booth location within the festival. Downtown businesses (who are usually open during festival hours on Saturdays) will be given their “doorway”, a 6 to 10 ft opening, so that attendees may easily access your downtown business. This booth space can be in addition to that space or located in the downtown “footprint”. Anything happening inside your brick and mortar location is “business as usual.” We ask that to better align with the “arts” and “community” aspect of the Fall Festival’s mission, if you choose to have an outside booth you MUST make a public activity available or feature one at your booth, whether this be a game, activity, or service offered to festival goers. Suggested activities include chalk, coloring, yard or fair games like cornhole, dunking booth, ring toss etc. No prizes or spin-the-wheel-style games may be offered without an actual activity at the booth or in the surrounding area.
Commercial Advertising
Commercial Advertising booths may only distribute information and promotional materials for their business. No products may be sold and we ask that no inappropriate materials be distributed.
